About Dr Sanjoy
Dr Sanjoy is one of the proud owners of Harmony Health Medical Centre. Dr Sanjoy Dutta graduated from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2004. He completed AMC exam and internship at The Canberra hospital ACT in 2010. After that he worked in a number of different specialties in various hospitals across NSW to help complete and inform his professional medical skill set as a general practitioner.
Sanjoy is a compassionate, caring doctor who offers patient centered care. He has a sincere desire to help patients from all walks of life.
Dr. Sanjoy Dutta has qualifications in Dermoscopy (examination of skin lesions) and therefore, is well versed in the detection and treatment of skin cancers and performance of skin checks, biopsies and small surgical skin procedures. He is also trained in the therapeutic properties and uses of medicinal cannabis which he utilizes as part of wholistic treatment approach and in particular for the treatment of pain/ anxiety/ depression. He completed his studies in Medical Acupuncture in November 2023.
Sanjoy also has an interest in medical education. He enjoys meeting the next generation of medical students and has been a part of teaching programs for the past 2 years. Outside of work, he enjoys yoga and meditation.
